Good and comfortable.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and responsive to any request. Check in was very straighforward as well as a clean room with functional amenities. The show also has very good pressure and temparature control.
Disliked: The directions to the breakfast area need to be clearer and having to go back and forth from that room the the reception on the other side of the building to fix a non functioning card to access the breakfast room was inconvinient.

Disliked: The room I was given was not what was ordered. The room had issues & these were not resolved by staff. The breakfast was not made clear that it was in a different hotel & not the restaurant downstairs which you then pay for

Disliked: The light switch for the room light is connected to the washroom sink light. It is not convenient if the kids want to sleep and someone is still in the washroom.

Clean room, cozy bed, friendly...

Liked: First of all, the front desk staffs are amazing, very professional and helpful, the room is clean and the room bed is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful, plenty of food selection, fresh hot meals, also fruit coffee, juice, milk, tea……We enjoy our stays here, very quiet and relaxing

Liked: Hassle free check-in, comfortable stay and great breakfast
Disliked: The coffee was horrible, worse in the room, and slightly better, but still.bad in the restaurant.

Disliked: Only problem was finding a used Zyn on the nightstand but to be fair to the cleaning staff it was hidden underneath the alarm clock and only noticed it when I accidentally bumped it
