Liked: I liked the location--bright and pleasant, but wish there'd have been more breakfast options. I LOVED the pool.
Disliked: I hated that there was no soap for the basin. If you wanted to wash your hands you had to step into the shower to get soap from the dispenser--it wasn't accessible just by opening the door. Switch for the florescent frame in the bathroom was hard to find--necessary, because the bright light bled into the bedroom. I wish there'd have been a small restaurant. Cold weather didn't encourage much roaming at night.

Liked: Excellent customer service. Helped me with directions to my appointment the next day My phone service failed me. Felt good getting the assistance I needed so I slept better knowing I had the information I needed.
Disliked: The WI Dow shade was broken and had to cover window near floor. Could see people on street so felt they could see me. Covered with pillows.

Disliked: It was like an ikea hotel very minimalist and modern. The rooms finish wasn’t good. The reception staff weren’t very friendly except for Desha she was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help us. The breakfast was awful, more like a McD’s breakfast. I wasn’t impressed with open plan bathroom, the toilet had sliding doors but they didn’t close properly. There were a lot of young people staying and they were very noisy in the corridor at night I won’t be back.
