Disliked: 45$ parking. Snotty staff. Cockroach. Huge taxes.

Liked: It was clean and everyone was nice.
Disliked: No body wash in the shower; no bartender at the bar; no robes; no snacks available.

Disliked: The room wasn’t comfortable, there was a modern sofa which is very small and uncomfortable the toilet flush like the one on the plane with very loud sound, I guess they want to use less water by doing that. The hotel is dog friendly but they were too many in this hotel and barking so much. There is a free breakfast they call it on the weekends which is scrambled eggs and bacon and if you want a toast or anything else you have to buy it. I don’t think I use this hotel again.

Liked: It is in a great location to downtown Savannah
Disliked: The lady who checked us in was rude (all other staff were very nice). I told her we purchased breakfast included (she laughed and said "not at that price" even though my reservations stated that we did) she also gave us a single room right after telling us we would have 2 queens (which is what the reservation was for). After we got settled in the right room, we were fine 1 night (even with squeaky beds). The next night, our new "neighbors" had an anxious dog that would bark all night and morning. The pool area was not kept up nicely. It needs a really good mopping with bleach. Not to mention the building lost power (which they couldn't control, however didn't have good backup generators). Also, no one ever came in to clean our room, sheets, towels, etc.

Unmatched Service and Affordability

Liked: We loved that it was just on the edge of downtown and closest to City Market. Much easier to get your car in and out of the area. We also used the valet service so we didn't have to worry about finding parking on the holiday weekend. We arrived, parked, walked around and caught fireworks, no problem. Probably one of the easiest trips we've ever taken. The facilities are great too. We definitely made use of their pool table and enjoyed the bar before heading out. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall this was an excellent stay with a great price and location, especially for this area.
Disliked: The elevator is a little slow, but the stairs aren't bad.
