Disliked: They offered free soft serve ice cream until 8:00 pmWe arrived downstairs at 7:50. Patrick was not pleasant at all. Said machine was not working and the time had run out. 2 other children were very upset and Patrick was not very nice to them.

Liked: Location is in the heart of downtown, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Pets are free.
Disliked: No pet relief areas on property.

Disappointing

Liked: I like the A loft!
Disliked: I'm disappointed because my wife caught a rash from the bedsheets. I'm not happy with the housekeeping cleaning the rooms every other day.

Very comfortable, clean and pleasant...

Liked: Front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. After a very long day of travel they were able to let us in our room early.
Disliked: Not enough food options. We decided to eat dinner in town. Thankfully there are a lot of busy restaurants close. Breakfast options were pre-made sandwiches that could not be customized.
