I would never pay $400...

Liked: The gym.
Disliked: The rooms are small and dorm like and poorly set up. The loud noise. The lack of hospitality. Car service is poor. No luggage assistance. Wrong info from staff. No quiet restaurant. Poor slow service. Food is mediocre. $40 for valet plus tax. My room view was a parking lot and dumpsters.

Great stay!! We’ll definitely come...

Liked: We had a great stay!! The hotel was very clean and kept up very nicely!!
Disliked: Some guests were a little noisy later at night in the hall.
