Not worth the money! I...

Liked: Nothing went well. Unnecessary to take a $150 deposit on top of my room rate.
Disliked: The Aloft was not worth the money I paid for the room. All areas of the Hotel were not clean. There were many things in the room that needed attention and repair. The water pressure was weak.

Good

Liked: The shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful!
Disliked: Staff made it seem like we were bothering them when we would go to the front desk.

Liked: Staff is the greatest. I have stayed there twice in the last few months. Your staff is cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: Cost of parking is outrageous.If you are staying at the hotel $10 or less should be sufficient. I should also get discount for parking being a Bonvoy member. I hate to look for a different location the next time if fly. Yours has always been the best for me coming from Delaware. $25 a night is all most the cost of a one-way flight.

Spacious rooms, terrible customer service

Liked: room was spacious
Disliked: The receptionist was horrible. Never greeted us, was rude, I could barely hear her. Never explained how the parking works even after we asked multiple times. Even checking out the guy barely looked at me.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and what we needed but overpriced for what it is.
Disliked: Lady at reception was not happy. Like she was doing us a favor checking us in. Carpet in room was visible dirty and the water bottle they offer was opened
