It was a good vacation...

Liked: Room is very modern. Love the social space downstairs.
Disliked: Booking advertised free breakfast but they didn’t have it at the property. They said I could go next door to Westin and get breakfast for $11.

Liked: The pool was clean and the room was comfortable. The fitness center was very good.
Disliked: The shower took a long time to get hot water.

Liked: We did not eat breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: 1) Water pressure in the bathroom could have been greater2) 1 elevator didn't work = long wait times3) I called and spoke to the person at the front desk. I left something in the hotel room and was awaiting confirmation. She was to check with Housekeeping and follow up with me. To this day, I still have yet to har from her. I told her that the item I was missing was medically-related, so I'm very disappointed that my issue wasn't handled with the importance it deserved
