Highly recommend that you stay there for any event at the Kia Event Hall or any other event - 5 stars.

Unexpected mandatory valet parking. Have to pay $22 to park overnight. Unexpected daily $50 holds on your card for no reason. Crowded first floor at night due to bar inside hotel - had to fight through crowd to get to room. Room was bland and minimalistic. Fear of charge for everything due to daily holds on card. Will not be going back. For nearly same price, my husband and I could've stayed at the Grand Bohemian, but we thought we'd give Aloft a chance. Wound up eating at Grand Bohemian and was impressed.

Liked: My name is Abdullah Alharbi, and I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your hotel located at 500 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801, USA, on the night of June 29, 2025.I had a confirmed reservation (Booking Number: 6518961982). I specifically chose your hotel based on a positive previous experience I had at another Aloft property in Miami. Unfortunately, my recent experience was the complete opposite.Upon my late-night arrival, after a long and exhausting trip, the front desk employee refused to allow me to check in, citing the lack of a physical Visa card as the reason, despite the fact that:•I had a valid, confirmed reservation.•The amount for the stay had already been withdrawn from my account at the time of booking.•Two other guests present at the lobby even offered to cover the payment, but the employee declined.•I withdrew the full amount in cash from an ATM and offered to pay in cash, yet the employee refused.•The employee proceeded to evict me from the hotel, with my luggage, in the middle of the night, threatening to call the police.As a result, I was forced to find shelter with a friend late at night, as I was unable to secure alternative accommodation nearby.This experience caused me severe emotional distress, humiliation, and significant inconvenience, especially given that I had complied with all requirements and had proof of my reservation and payment.I respectfully request:1.A full investigation into this incident and the behavior of the front desk employee.2.A formal apology for the unacceptable treatment.3.Financial compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and additional expenses incurred as a result of this incident.I sincerely hope this situation does not reflect the values and standards of Marriott and Aloft hotels. I trust that you will handle this matter seriously and ensure appropriate action is taken.
