Bad times!

Liked: New and clean
Disliked: The TV fell off the wall in the room. The TV was not mounted into the wall correctly and was only put into the drywall. We were moved room and then asked the next day to leave the premises. The manager wasn’t even there to see me and my boyfriend leave the property and had the front desk person do it. Also only one front desk staff was doing her job. The rest messed around we’re talking and being loud. The manager of the property has yet to talk to me on the phone and has only emailed me once.

Liked: Very modern. Also everything was very vibrant and beautiful and CLEAN
Disliked: It was pretty costly in the end. They do take automatic gratuity from any orders made at the bar or restaurant.

Superb

Liked: Everything from check in to check out went smooth. The staff was very nice and it is very low-key so not much traffic. There is a bad and a nice patio for drinks with friends and families. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Disliked: I enjoyed everything.

Liked: Hotel Cleaning
Disliked: The man who greeted me last night was as rude as possible, RACIST, XENOPHOBIC, and worst of all, a jerk, he has no way of working and serving the public, I was about to call the police, he treated me in the worst way possible, it was obvious that he didn't want to see us, he did it to do his job, he repeatedly mocked what we asked him, if I can rate that person from 1 to 10 I would give him a minus 10 not even 0, that would be too much for him

Exceptional

Liked: Love the style of Aloft. Whenever I get a chance to stay at one, I take advantage of it. The staff I interacted with was fantastic. From check in to check out. I wish I had her name, but she was very cheerful and happy.
Disliked: If I had to choose one thing I would say, a hot tub is needed. The indoor pool is underwhelming.
