Disliked: I was disappointed the pool wasn't rooftop and parking was a bit pricey.

Do not stay here. The customer service is terrible; you may end up with money missing off any credit card you have that you have given them the number to - I did. There were roaches in my room. And don't ask any questions expecting an answer because you either get ignored, lied to, or just the 'duh duh duh' look.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The customer service - I made a reservation through Booking.com and when I arrived to pay I was told I had insufficent funds on my prepaid card I had just purchased to pay for the room. Had to use my dad's card; he sent it with me because the last time i stayed at the Aloft I had a problem then with paying for room. I was never asked for ID, never signed anything, not even charged the 50 dollar refund at the end of stay deposit. And somewhere between Booking.com and the Aloft Hotel, someone other than me took $272.00 off my prepaid card and I can't get it back.

Disliked: The walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the room next door and the hallway clearly. There was a weird smell in the bathroom

We booked the Room ya...

Liked: I have stay here before and love it
Disliked: We did not get to stay OKC thunder parade but the lady at the front desk had several people cussing her out and we was every polite to her and she told us thank you and shook our hands I will stay again place is amazing it was a big day for ya it would have sucked if we had live far we drove back to Lawton ok

The stay wasn’t bad, but...

Liked: Rub was nice, had jets
Disliked: Could hear everything from the street. Cars racing and people yelling outside was able to heard in our suite on the 4th floor.
