Great place to stay. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Liked: Staff; accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The atmosphere was clean and modern; the food was good.
Disliked: I was disappointed the pool wasn't rooftop and parking was a bit pricey.

Do not stay here. The customer service is terrible; you may end up with money missing off any credit card you have that you have given them the number to - I did. There were roaches in my room. And don't ask any questions expecting an answer because you either get ignored, lied to, or just the 'duh duh duh' look.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The customer service - I made a reservation through Booking.com and when I arrived to pay I was told I had insufficent funds on my prepaid card I had just purchased to pay for the room. Had to use my dad's card; he sent it with me because the last time i stayed at the Aloft I had a problem then with paying for room. I was never asked for ID, never signed anything, not even charged the 50 dollar refund at the end of stay deposit. And somewhere between Booking.com and the Aloft Hotel, someone other than me took $272.00 off my prepaid card and I can't get it back.

Great spot and will definitely...

Liked: The check in process was easy, room was huge and nice, and parking was gated with key card entry. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and how nice it was. It was perfect for us. Also pleasantly surprised by the Drybar products at the sink and shower. Liked that the bathroom sink was outside the toilet/shower area for separate use.
Disliked: It seems to be commonplace nowadays, but I really despise the barn door style bathroom door. It wouldn’t be enough to deter me from booking here on our next trip though.

Liked: The games that were available in the lobby for guests.
Disliked: The fact that I didn't have a tub in my room. When I booked, there were pictures that were misleading. The reason I chose this hotel was because there was a jetted tub and my room didn't have one. When I tried to upgrade, I was told I couldn't because I used a booking site. It was my wedding anniversary and all other Marriott hotels during special occasions, I've received a gift basket, a bottle of wine, or both.
