Relaxing Experience

Liked: The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and smelled clean. Transportation to and from the beach was a big plus! Sitting on the balcony over the Bay, watching the sunset, was priceless.
Disliked: -The drinks at the pool bar were a bit pricey for being mostly ice served in a plastic cup.-Parking fee should be included in your rate.

Liked: The location is good if you like closer to the boardwalk. You still need to drive to the boardwalk. It’s only 2 blocks from the beach, very walkable. They do have rooms with a bayside view. They do have shuttle service and pick up to the beach, if you wish to use it. The rooms are quiet, unlike other hotels. You can order beach umbrellas and chairs for 50% off if paid at the hotel.
Disliked: For the price, the rooms are not worth it. The bathroom door is too awkward and heavy to close. There is no place in the bathroom or shower to place your toiletries for a shower, such as shampoo, conditioner, razor, etc. The sink is weirdly located outside of the bathroom, as part of the entrance. The bathroom floors are a disaster. The room we had, the tile floor was soaked underneath. When we walked on it, water came up between the pieces. We laid towels down over half of the bathroom for 4 days and nights and it did not help the issue. The room’s air conditioner was so loud, as if there was something wrong with it. There is no real room for clothing or personal items if 2 people are staying a week. There is a $20 a night charge for parking, which is ridiculous considering how much you pay for the hotel room. Other guests were smoking pot on their balcony, preventing us from enjoying ours. There were no garbage can liners, instead they give you a large trash bag to use, which was odd. Also, the front desk does not have enough staff working during peak check-in and check-out times. They only have 1 person working who is responsible for checking in and checking out people, taking orders for breakfast, purchasing umbrellas and chairs for the beach, or any other issues. At the busy times, this is too much for one person to handle. While I was waiting to order an umbrella, I was the poor young woman at the desk get bombarded and overwhelmed with all of the different guest requests at once.

Disliked: They weren’t accommodating at all. Everything was overpriced and they charged even for water bottles for your room.

It was okay for relaxation...

Liked: Didn’t have the breakfast
Disliked: Room was small dresser draws, air conditioner wasn’t working properly, both pools were very small not enough for the compasity of people.
