A headache

Liked: Property was fine
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 80 degrees in our room at midnight. I asked to switch rooms due to the broken AC and they would not accommodate due to a manager not being on site. I even tried to book another room and their system was down so they couldn’t do it. They do not clean rooms at all during a 3 day stay. Staff for the most part was rude and unaccomodating. I’ve requested calls from management twice and have not received one.

Liked: Quiet, location, fixed issues fast, comfortable clean
Disliked: Pillows are flat, house keeping trying to enter my room 3xs, started at 8a and on.

Not bad

Liked: Staff was nice, bartender was great. Room was cute, bed was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: Was a cute room but could use a little work. Our shower door leaked. Floors were a little dirty but not bad. People were really loud down the halls & could hear them at the bar until midnight. We were right down the hall from the bar.

Disliked: The bathroom, you could hear the toilet in our room #406 constantly running. The shower is old, shower door would not close all the way, water would leak onto the floor, I almost fell when walking out of the shower
