Disappointing

Put shuttle bus driver in...

Liked: Closest hotel to LGA, shuttle bus driver stopped for us when we shouted not to leave - we were on time at 6:30 am but so was he in leaving at exactly 6:30 am.
Disliked: 1. Hotel would not allow taxi to access entrance so we had to unload at gate. 2. Receptionist acted as if we were an inconvenience, was rude, spoke unclearly, and gave us a double double when we had booked a king. 3. Hotel layout was odd. 4. Odd smell throughout the hotel - they attempted to mask it via scent machines but had the same effect as a young teenage kid using cologne instead of showering. 5. Shower was weak and designed for someone 5’3”.

Liked: Spacious room and comfortable bed
Disliked: Unfriendly receptionists Loud door outside our room in the hallway- woke us up may times.

Clean but loud.

Liked: I liked how clean it was and how nice the staff were.
Disliked: I didn’t like how my room was connected to a different room. There’s no sound proofing between rooms so I can hear other guests till 3 am.

Good property for overnight but...

Disliked: It was July 4th and hotel decided to close all facilities including restaurant and bar so nothing to eat except candy and chips. Also, a tiny tiny little cup of coffee is expensive . Could still make money at $1.50 because it’s so small.

The hotel served the purpose...

Liked: The location is perfect. I had a early flight and the shuttle was on time and very quick.
Disliked: Checking in it was difficult. The music was so loud and the receptionist while very nice had an accent that was so thick. I could not understand her. I had requested a room with the king size bed and I got a room with two queen size beds. The room is fine But by the time we realized that it had the two beds it was late and we were exhausted. It wasn’t worth it to go down and ask for a room change.
