Short family stay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size. Nice toiletries. The location was convenient for getting to the old city and the central train station.
Disliked: The room was not thoroughly cleaned - we found fast food wrappers under the fold out couch. The location was convenient for getting to the old city and the central train station but it's a sketchier part of the city and felt unsafe.

Passable

Disliked: No warm water when hotel was full. Child's plush toy and pajamas got lost by housekeeping during (apparently) overly effective sheet changing. No apologies received, no remuneration.

Superb

satisfactory, comfortable and excellent location.

Liked: At breakfast there was a very nice choice of fresh products.
Disliked: All TV programmes in German language except for News as BBC, Sky, CNN etc

Excellent Location and value for...

Liked: Room clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, and the location is excellent. Staff was helpful, we even could check-in 1 hr. before 3PM. A Special thanks to the Receptionist Ibrahim, he provided excellent services
