A very nice place to stay with a great location.

Liked: Location from the Guthrie.
Disliked: Music in the lobby was on the loud side. Old ears don't handle that well.

Liked: Convenient and friendly shuttle service. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows.

Stayed here after attending a show at The Varsity Theater with my two 20-something daughters. We all loved the hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable. There was a negative review about having no tub - only a shower. Who takes a bath in a hotel anyway? I found it added more room to the bathroom. It was fine for what we needed. Another reviewer commented on no restaurants within walking distance. We saw many. In fact, we walked to dinner and it was fine (in winter). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Would stay again. Very nice location for overnight after attending the Guthrie. I could not get the advertised $99 rate and when I checked in the attendant told me they had these $99 rates for people staying over at the Guthrie if they checked in online, etc. So something in the system isn't working. Next time I will call.

Liked: The lobby is nice
Disliked: The AC is too loud. The temperature was always muggy. The phone malfunctioned and woke us up at 200 in the morning. I had to unplug the phone and bring it down to reception. The shower got the whole bathroom got wet making it seem like a swamp. They should be ashamed charging $400 a night. There were bugs in all the fabric light fixtures and the room needed some fixing.

Liked: Location- downtown, but still quiet. Lounge, games, and outdoor lounge space.
Disliked: A keycard scanner in the elevator to avoid non-hotel guests to have access to where the guests are staying.

Disliked: We came to Minneapolis to meet our in laws from Uruguay. Our flight from Uruguay had mechanical problems so instead of arrived on July 1st we arrived on July 2nd. We had booked two rooms , tried to cancel and get a refund (at least of one of the rooms) but they didn’t give us. We called the hotel and told us to ask Booking, so we contact Booking and they said depends on the hotel.Finally we couldn’t get a refund or credit for other day.

Disliked: We had booked two rooms but we had a problem with our flight so instead of July 1st we arrived on July 2 nd. We tried to cancel our booking, they told us to call Booking but they said dependes on the hotel to cancel.The hotel never consider our flight problem, so they didn’t accept our cancellation and refund, at least one of the rooms.
