Excellent service, amenities, and experience.

Liked: The front desk staff were the best. Our first and last interaction was with Kai, and from the start throughout our stay he made us feel welcome, and he served us with an enthusiastic, positive attitude. The hotel has a great location with lots to do onsite and in the immediate area. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we are in Miami.
Disliked: There wasn't anything in my experience to not like.

A friendly, well-equipped hotel in...

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, fluent in both English and Spanish.Quiet and safe area, with shops and stores within walking distance (15–20 minutes north).Comfortable, well-equipped room with mini-fridge, tea/coffee facilities, safe, good blackout blinds, desk, TV, and ample storage.Spacious bathroom with good layout and separation from the sleeping area.Free coffee and tea available in the lobby.Good-quality Wi-Fi connection.Elevator access and sufficient amenities for a 3–4 day stay.Outdoor pool, which appeared clean and well-maintained.On-site gym and a common area with a bar, adding to the social vibe of the hotel.⚠️ What could be improved:
Disliked: Soundproofing could be better — noise from other guests and music from the lobby was noticeable at night.The breakfast is basic, focused on high-carb options and may not suit all dietary preferences.

Unfortunately we will not be...

Liked: The location was awesome and close to airport and the artwork was nice.
Disliked: Not very clean. We had a roach in our room which we did a review about. Pool was filthy and shower water was not hot.
