Disliked: The food at the WCYZ restaurant was fried too hard. Terrible view, but the website gave a different view. Priced too high. Paint on the bathroom mirrors.

Disliked: The hotel needs more stylish design, the room terraza is ugly and doen't match the neighborhood style.

Disappointing Decline from a Former...

Disliked: I used to love this little gem of a hotel and stayed here many times over the years. It was reasonably priced ( for Miami), with great service and genuinely friendly staff that made each stay a pleasure.Unfortunately, those days are gone.On my most recent visit, the experience was completely different. The hotel felt overcrowded, the atmosphere was loud, and the staff were rude and dismissive—nothing like the welcoming team I once knew. To make matters worse, there were incorrect charges on my bill that took far too long to resolve. Please make sure you insist in receiving your bill upon check-out when they offer to just mail it to you, it will save you some headaches later.It’s a real shame to see such a drastic decline in quality. What was once a hidden gem has become a major disappointment at more than double the price. I won’t be returning.
