Disliked: The distance from the garage to the hotel entrance. Also, it was difficult finding the hotel entrance upon arrival. The signs to direct guests to the garage is not in plain site.

Liked: I clearly remember reading that breakfast was included when I booked, but later I couldn’t find that detail in my reservation to claim it. I wasn’t the only one — other guests had the same issue. They showed the front desk their booking screenshots and were given just one hot drink, one piece of fruit, and one pastry per person. Basically a symbolic “breakfast,” and they ended up eating elsewhere.Aside from that, the location is excellent. SquarePark is a beautiful area and definitely a highlight of the stay.
Disliked: The worst part was definitely the pillows. They're soft at first, but flatten out quickly and offer zero support. I woke up with serious neck pain every morning — it’s basically like sleeping without a pillow.Also, the gym is tiny and missing basic equipment. If working out is part of your routine, this setup won’t cut it.
