Disliked: Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my stay that negatively impacted my experience:1.I was offered daily discounts related to parking, which were not applied. The front desk informed me that these should be refunded.2.The room phone was not working, and the TV remote control was also not functional—I had to request a replacement.3.On several occasions after cleaning, no bottled water was left in the room, which is a basic and expected amenity.4.Some staff members were not particularly friendly, which made the experience less pleasant.5.The parking area is located very far from the rooms, which was quite inconvenient, especially when returning with shopping bags or luggage.

Liked: Nice rooms, check in super easy and good gym.
Disliked: Parking lot $20/day (I was aware before) but the worst point is that hotel doesnt have a space in front of the hotel to park the car and leave the luggage … you must park on parking lot (it’s a building) so we have to walk a lot with your stuffs… and also the time wasted to go in and out of the parking to arrive at your room. I have been there around 4 times but I’m really considering to change my stay…
