Aloft Lubbock

Will never stay there again.

Liked: Where it was located
Disliked: Dirty. Smelled bad when walking in. Aloft used to have a signature smell when walking in. I’m not sure if it’s gone now because Marriott bought them or if it was just the Lubbock location. Second floor by elevator smelled horribly of pee. My bathroom door fell off of its rails and onto me. Luckily I caught it, but if it were a child, that would have been a lawsuit. A/C made a terrible buzzing noise that made it hard to sleep.

Liked: It is very modern looking and easy to get around
Disliked: The water pressure at sink was low and the lights were weird. I think it was a handicap room so we were kind of confused wh lots worked like they did

Liked: Liked the pool table. Most of the staff were friendly.
Disliked: There was not a hot tub, the room had a smell to it and when I ask the front desk to have someone throw our trash while we're out they did not do it.

Disliked: The room was clean but I can tell it wasn’t really cleaned maybe just the basics but it needed to be swept and dusted.
