Smooth and comfortable stay in...

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. Our dog enjoyed hanging out a bit in the reception lounge watching all the activity...and free pets!The location on Whiskey Row is superb, and the bar patio was relaxing.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't slide fully shut. There was no nightlight or vent fan in the toilet/bathroom area.

Convenient location, great room, amenities...

Liked: Well appointed room, quiet, delicious coffee ( not bitter) from the in room coffee maker!! Great shower and bath area, I highly recommend this hotel and location! Great and safe parking too! Very walkable location including the convention center and close to great restaurants.
Disliked: No complaints.

Dance party included.

Liked: The location is convenient to walk to things. It’s clean and staff is nice.
Disliked: Parking garage is $25 a day. The events outside the hotel got a little uncomfortable when there were a group of black people playing rap music and dancing on top of cars and smoking marijuana at 1AM.

Nice but noisy

Liked: The location of hotel you can walk just about everywhere.
Disliked: I did not like how noisy it was. The room was next to street, so you could hear people talking, cars and loud motorcycles.

Great place with lots of...

Liked: Great place to stay for a concert at the YUM center... Only a block away. Lots of things to do and eat are close.
Disliked: Restaurants on site are always great!!
