Liked: I rate cleanliness of this property a 10 out of 10 because hygiene is always the most important thing. All staffs were pleasant with great customer service. Had a chat with those at the bar area and Parbati Saniva Chirtah with her staff members gave me a happy chat. Brilliant happy souls. They improved my mood.
Disliked: However, this is the first hotel to have experienced with no windows so I struggled with access to fresh air!

Liked: Staff were magnificent, so friendly they went the extra mile . Food at the bar was amazing, the staff were extremely accommodating, my children are fussy eaters & the staff went above & beyond to cater to them. I'm soo grateful.

Liked: Facilities like the pool, gym and Steam room although didnt get to use most of it. Spacious restaurant and table games
Disliked: The sauna was not in operation, this was one of the reasons I chose to come here so I was disappointed. . The main bar area amd restaurant closed early so I had to go a distance looking for dinner. The room was small and felt like a bachelors pad and the view of a wall opposite was awful, no balcony as well. TV signal was off in the night, poor Internet connection

Could be great...

Liked: Lovely hotel, spacious room, very clean, ideal for Excel events.
Disliked: The bar wasn't open throughout our 3 night stay which made the evenings a bit boring, especially as the new TVs in the rooms didn't support Chromecast and there are no options to watch films through the hotel's system. We didn't dare leave the hotel in car as parking at the hotel was a nightmare and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to find a space when we returned. The hotel breakfast was basic, with lukewarm cooked options (sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomato, hash browns), limited continental choices (muffin, croissant, apricot danish, and brie). Fruit juices and yoghurt were warm...yuck. Coffee/tea from a machine. Definately not worth paying extra for.

Disliked: I think you should have a lock between the 2 rooms for more privacy and lock in the toilet and shower bit. At some point the room was smelling of smoke even though we don’t smoke maybe coming through AC

Liked: Great hotel with lovely staff.Room was excellent & comfy.The Buffet Breakfast was outstanding.Spa, sauna & pool was very relaxing , with the hot weather having a dip was perfect.
