Great location for the excel....

Liked: Great location for the excel. Pool, sauna and steam room were a great addition to our stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Very comfortable and everything that...

Liked: The facilities and staff were great. Easy access from public transport. Amazing value for money

A wonderful stay somewhat marred...

Liked: Very close to DLR station but could not hear any noise in the room. Excellent service from staff. They were friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Very spacious room, shower was fabulous and water pressure was great. Bed was big and extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The pool area was very warm probably because it wasn’t in a large space and the sauna and steam room were there too. But the water was just the right temperature. Not a large pool which was made even smaller when half was cordoned off for kiddy swimming lessons. Not the most relaxing experience and disappointing because the pool was the main reason for the booking at this hotel. A lot of guests actually got out of the pool and left.

Great would stay again.

Liked: Everything overall I liked about the property. Other than the electric tripping due to another guest so no blame to you guys. It happens. Absolutely wonderful.
Disliked: The only real issue was food. Scrambled eggs were on the watery side and the steaks were frozen prior to being cooked. We tried to have a conversation after to just make sure it was done medium well but the chef wasn’t having none of it. On the plus the waitress was amazing and did put us at ease for the rest of dinner and breakfast.

Really good, excellent lcocation.

Liked: Stayed for one night while attending an event at the Excel centre. Ideal location, great views, very comfortable.
Disliked: Some signage from the Excel carpark would have been helpful, we ended up walking a long way around.
