Bev, Wrexham, visiting M&S Bank Arena Liverpool
Central hotel which was beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was modern, stylish and very clean looking without being clinical! Beautiful hotel which I would look forward to returning to.
Liked: Classy hotel; down to earth staff; central; affordable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Location location location
Liked: Location fantastic, building stunning, massive bed and fabulous toiletries
Disliked: The pillows were a bit sad looking and very soft with no alternative. Breakfast needed more hot options like mushrooms and tomatoes

Proceed with caution. Not 4...
Liked: Bacon at the breakfast and quiet room
Disliked: Dirty toilet seat. Tap and toilet roll holder were basically falling off their fixtures. Dirty bathroom floor and grouting was yellow in the shower. Just a lack of care ans attention really. Dusty above the bed. Pillows in the bed were as comfortable as an empty tesco carrier bag. Breakfast was mid. Nice bacon and yogurt but everything else was below average. Manager didn't care about my complaints when I was leaving. Not even an apology. Although the location is good and the room was quiet with AC and heating. The stain glass window is not as big and grande as expected from the photos and they have kind of ruined the interior with a clash of modern furniture which that just doesn't fit with the rest of the furniture.

Don’t waste your money
Liked: The staff were lovely and the location was great.
Disliked: It was a complete rip off. I paid over £200 for a night’s stay, hoping to treat myself a bit, and I honestly wish I’d just gone with a Premier Inn because the quality would have been better. The hotel room itself was in a basement so basically completely dark and miserable, the pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on, there was no shower gel in the shower gel dispenser, and most importantly a man tried to get into our room at 3am.
