Central hotel which was beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was modern, stylish and very clean looking without being clinical! Beautiful hotel which I would look forward to returning to.

Disliked: Our room was next to the main doorway to the corridor and the door banged shut as people used it.

Liked: Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable and very big. Food was good but a very restricted menu, not a great deal of choice. Breakfast however was very good. The location is perfect, 3 minutes from the Cavern club, 6 or seven minutes to walk to the main shopping area. Lime street station 9 minutes easy walk.
Disliked: Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss, we had to ask for our room to be made up, towels changed etc. but it happened in the end. More attention needed to topping up the bathroom tissues. Television signal is awful unless you are happy to fiddle with the Ariel leads yourself!

Liked: Location ideal, central to Liverpool City Centre. Facilities good, staff friendly and quick in organising taxi. Will go again and stay to explore Liverpool sites.
