Liked: It’ gave a up to date vibe. It was clean in all the lobby areas. Out patio was beautiful just like the lobby area.
Disliked: First my mama was put in the system incorrectly, I was in 422. The water in the shower was hot. And there is a green place on the Television screen. Like the color is about to go out.

Disliked: Very strange set up with shower , why is the shower not behind a wall with a door ? This isn't a very good set up when traveling with your daughter

We came for rest, but...

Liked: The first check in person was professional.
Disliked: The property manager accused us of being scammers. She stated that our prepaid reservation was showing as payment due, although the payment showed cleared on my end. The entire reservation was paid for through Booking, and I was able to show her pictures of the receipt and the booking confirmation code. She insisted that the charges were just held but that we needed to pay on site. I offered to email the hotel all receipts which I did, along calling Booking to make sure everything was as I stated. Booking informed me that the reservation was paid for and that the hotel should just issue rooms and charge for incidentals. We were told to swipe our card for incidentals but instead they held the entire cost of the reservation on our card. They marked it has an incidental hold fee, however it was exactly $152.06 per room and we had two. This was the exact amount of our reservation!!!! As of today we still have this pending charge on our card, after fully paying for the night in our two rooms. Buyer beware, if you are a minority with a reservation going to this location, they will accuse you of trying to scam them if you use third party apps to book. I also forwarded proof of my receipts and my booking to their hotel email and behind our back they still double charged us!!!!

Liked: Liked how close it was to everything at the mall. We were visiting Medieval Times and doing some shopping with our family.
Disliked: The room at two beds and you would assume that the bathroom would be closed off with a door to it. However, the toilet was the only part of it with a door. To add to the issue, there is a mirror that sits so even if you arent in the bathroom, you're going to get a glimpse. Makes sense for a king bed for a couple but a 4 person room.... no.
