Was surprised how nice the hotel was as I have never stayed in Aloft before, but I shouldn't have been as it is a SPG Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was quiet and clean.

Liked: Great staff; clean and quiet room.

Disappointed in our overall stay.

Liked: Close to restaurants
Disliked: Sink wouldn’t drain correctly and would hold the water for a while. Pool was dirty the whole time we were there so we didn’t swim. Saw a woman that was staying at the hotel literally trying to clean the pool out herself. Only got our room cleaned once and we were there for 3 days. The room never cooled down with the A/C at its lowest temperature.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and room, restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are clean and most of all very friendly staff, we will be back..
