A great hotel for short...

Liked: The facility generally was great. The Internet was superb. The swimming pool was great though small (my children had fun with it). The gym was fantastic. The staff are awesome.
Disliked: The hotel failed to provide breakfast despite the fact that my booking was breakfast inclusive. This was a big disappointment to me as it affected significant aspect of my plan which is to have breakfast ready for my childrenSecondly, the room cleaning wasn’t great. Through my five nights at the hotel, my room was only clean once despite placing the request for room cleaning by the door.

Disliked: NO ROOM CLEANING EXCUSE STAFF IS SHORT... NO CRIB FOR THE BABY. CHARGED EXTRA 405 USD BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM DID IT BY MISTAKE i would give ZEROOOOO

Liked: It was next to mall and restaurants
Disliked: It could be kept clean more , the rooms wasn’t as clean I was staying for a week and in that week housekeeping didn’t come to room not once .. it had a small sofa we seen ants , rugs wasn’t vacuum! Not work your money and stay!!!!!

Disliked: That attentive team didn't have the support of the property managers (owners?) - the place is a little run down - far from the image of Aloft being a cool, hip place to stay.
