Visiting Friends

Liked: It was next to mall and restaurants
Disliked: It could be kept clean more , the rooms wasn’t as clean I was staying for a week and in that week housekeeping didn’t come to room not once .. it had a small sofa we seen ants , rugs wasn’t vacuum! Not work your money and stay!!!!!

Liked: Attentive team.
Disliked: That attentive team didn't have the support of the property managers (owners?) - the place is a little run down - far from the image of Aloft being a cool, hip place to stay.

Nightmare, never again this hotel

Disliked: Working A/C in the gymOnly 1 elevator was working the entire 3 weeksPoor to no wifi in the roomCleanness of the room was poorIce machine broken on our floor the entire 3 weeksOne day we had no elevator at all and we were staying on the 4th floorAlways had to ask the desk for toiletries, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, etc
