Hidden fees

Liked: The hotel and staff were great
Disliked: Charged way more than what I anticipated. Came in for a funeral, so I didn't want to spend a lot. we normally stay at the Westin, and next time, for the price I paid here, we will be at the Westin at Crown Center.

Comfortable Stay at Aloft

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about getting around town and food options late at night.
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor was down so we had to go to a different floor. Not a big deal but...

Liked: The safe in room, glass shower , 4k tv, safe building after dark. Lovely female staff members don’t ware make up naturally
Disliked: In memory foam bed. Bed has no cushion. Room small

Liked: Price was great, staff was great and it was very clean with great beds ! Upgrade the Bourbon selection and the place is a 10 out of 10 !
