Disliked: The wait checking in. The manager going to get the staff outside and never even speaking. The bar not opening on time as advertised. Noisy room, not having a bathroom door. None of the electrical outlets worked except in bathroom.

Disliked: room smelt like cigarettes and once relocated to another room , dirty towels were awaiting and no offer of replacement …. Just a waste and money not spent properly . Will not come back to property & they only giving me a $20 refund … I need the whole thing smh .

Liked: It was comfortable and met our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness, my room was not very clean - used napkins from a previous guest on the ground by the bed, window shade was broken and stained, carpet & floors dirty, room itself not very clean, didn't get cleaning service during our 2 night stay and had no hand towels and only one washcloth. I am not sure why some locations are not cleaning rooms and replenishing towels/water daily.

Wasn't Marriott's best brand.

Liked: Front desk was great. Friendly. Ease of checkin.
Disliked: Our room ran out of toilet paper and towels had been then for awhile since housekeeping doesn't come everyday unless you request which we were not told about. The towels and washcloths had dust on them so, we knew the room had not been cleaned regularly. We had to request all items in order to take a shower or use restroom. The sheets kept popping off bed because they did not fit and the mattresses made the worst squeaky noise ever when you sat or laid on it. The hallway were kind of eerie but clean due to dark paint. This isn't my expectation from a Marriott brand but, it did what it was supposed to do. Would I stay again, probably so but would ensure I had toilet paper and towels.
