We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Great stay here.

Liked: Very clean. Great restaurants within walking distance. Great restaurants with great parking 2 minutes' drive away. Excellent parking reasonably priced.

It served its purpose but...

Liked: I loved the room and the location of the property. I loved TIKI the woman who checked me in, she is an asset to the company!
Disliked: I hated that the pool was heated, I hated the breakfast situation and the fact that there was room service but not really room service, I had to go down and pay for warmed up microwaveable eggs and bacon and frozen hashbrowns. I feel that for $150 dollars and the fact that I had to pay for parking it didn't meet the standard for the cost. It was not the most cost effective choice.
