We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Liked: I loved the view from my room and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like how I got stuck in the elevator from the garage that takes you up to the hotel. I didn't like how I stayed on the 10th floor but I had to go down to the lobby to get ice, even then, the ice was in ziplock bags. I don't like how I requested late check out and the cleaning crew banged on my door every 20 minutes since 12pm after being told at the desk I can check out at 4pm. I checked out on June 9th, and it's now June 24th, and I have yet to receive my security deposit.
