Aloft Houston By The Galleria

We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Liked: My room was dirty they changed it that one was dirty as well I will never stay there again…
Disliked: Nothing it needs new staff and remodeling

It was and ok stay...

Liked: If the Aloft hotel is supposed to be a luxury hotel I would think microwaves would be In the rooms and bigger refrigerators. The pool was fit for only my 8 year old son being that small and only 3-4 feet deep. Parking was confusing with the elevators only being accessible in one area and walking to get to your room . There needs to be plenty of UPDATES with the building , very outdated and old .
