Aloft Houston By The Galleria

We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Liked: The room, bed, shower and view were all outstanding.
Disliked: A microwave in the room would have made the room 10/10.

Liked: The staff is great treat you like family, the location is right in the middle of everything.
Disliked: The shower water pressure was so high that I had to stand back to shower. The sink water pressure was so low that I had to use the shower water to brush my teeth.

Disliked: The rooms are small and no microwave, but had one microwave in the lobby area..rooms were comfortable though

Disliked: Room smells like animal urine, the ice machine wasn’t working. Just needs to be repaired.
