We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Liked: Location is perfect if you plan on doing any shopping in the Galleria area. Many restaurants in the area as well.
Disliked: Parking. You have to park in the garage then verify your ticket. This can be a little confusing when you first pull up to check in and having access to certain elevator with bags.

Disliked: No microwave in the room and we asked if we could check out later in the day and couldn?t. Also we paid our parking ticket 2 times because we had to go add additional money onto our card since they didn?t take cash .
