Aloft Hotel Leawood Overland Park

I want a refund.

Liked: Location was amazing.
Disliked: The breakfast did not exist and the hotel was filthy. From hair on the shower walls, sticky gum in the carpet. The floors were dirty and furniture stained. No valet, parking was in a garage a block away. We had to park 2nd floor garage and pack our luggage a block to the hotel. That is their standard parking situation.

Disliked: The pool was not operational

Liked: Room was big and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was lots of hair in the shower and the door to close off the toilet was extremely hard to open and close.

Liked: Location was great. Shopping areas and activities were not far from the location. The morning we were leaving, they had a foam party across the street for kids. Looked fun. If we'd had more time it would've been nice to check out their balcony seating. Beds were huge! A plus.
Disliked: Really I'd say the only complaint we had was that it was the first hotel we stayed at, that didn't have usb ports for charging phones, or tablets. Luckily my wife came prepared. Other than that, it was fine.

Comfortable and well located.

Liked: Great location and very comfortable.
Disliked: Disappointed in the bar and that it did not have much in the way of a selection of wine. I’ve stayed at ALoft before, and the bar was much better stocked than this time. The bartender was fabulous, but he had not much to give us.
