Aloft Harlem

Aloft Harlem is a nice hotel at a competitive price. The staff are friendly and real without that veneer of phoniness you get at a lot of other places. I would stay again if I needed a place in the area.

Liked: Nice room and bathroom with lots of sunlight. Staff is helpful and competent without being nosy or obsequious.
Disliked: No room service available.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.

When can I move in?

Liked: Vibe and staff and all !! Amazing !!! Particularly the dancing in reception .. music … incredible …. I am originally from a small town in UK .. have lived in ny before .. for a long time .. but this was first time staying (and living ) in Harlem and was on my knees crying to the lord how I thought I might have found where the soul of this universe is , for sure at this hotel!!!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness...

Disliked: Very disappointed in the cleanliness and comfort. Staff was also rude and not welcoming.

It was awesome

Liked: I loved the space I had for my first solo trip. Very clean bathroom and nice layout of everything. I was there for a music festival and got to enjoy my time to myself in the room and rest before going into the town.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong except my shower spout had a couple clogged holes so it would squirt in a weird direction.
