Aloft Harlem

Aloft Harlem is a nice hotel at a competitive price. The staff are friendly and real without that veneer of phoniness you get at a lot of other places. I would stay again if I needed a place in the area.

Liked: Nice room and bathroom with lots of sunlight. Staff is helpful and competent without being nosy or obsequious.
Disliked: No room service available.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.

Great location, friendly front desk,...

Liked: Location, the gym, the front desk. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The housekeeping was terrible. Our room was barely ever cleaned, and when it was cleaned, it wasn’t actually clean. There was no vacuuming done, the toilet was never cleaned, the bed was not made properly, and in addition to that a bag of trash was left in our room one dayAlso, while we really did like the gym, the yoga mats are very worn out. You could use a few new ones.
