Liked: Location was good - breakfast was not
Disliked: Breakfast was supposedly included in our reservation - It did not say restricted breakfast OR only 1 item We were charged for ordering more than 1 item. All our reservation said was breakfast included. Any time we stay somewhere and it says that we expect a Breakfast...... Also person was rude.

Liked: The staff were exceedingly helpful and congenial (particularly April at the front desk when we checked in), and the room was well-appointed (as has always been the case when staying at an Aloft) with a great view of the city.
