Honestly had a little better...
Liked: When i Got there front desk lady had a attitude I wasn’t aware that parking was extra she said $15 per night and was told if i wanted or not with an attitude just beed to be more polite
Disliked: Once i got to my room it smell like some one had smoke in the room prior to us the shower didn’t had no shampoo had to go look for a service lady because front desk told us no

Horrible customer service, comfortable room.

Disliked: Customer service was terrible. I booked this reservation months in advance for a concert we were attending on July 2nd, 2024. We arrived to the hotel about 30-45 minutes after 3pm (it was stated when I booked that check-in was at 3). 2 people were in line before us to check in. After waiting my turn in line, a woman with dark hair looked up the info for the booking. She eventually found our information and as we were going to swipe the card, she informed us that there were actually no clean rooms available. At this point a line had started forming behind us, so she told me that it would be a 15 minute wait, asked my name again and told us to wait to the side-they would call my name once the room was available. At this point the line was going out the door because other concert goers had started to arrive. After waiting around 30 minutes watching every guest behind us receive the keys to their rooms, I politely reminded the woman that she said it would be 15 minutes and asked “when do you think it will be ready?” She aggressively asked with a raised voice “When will WHAT be ready?!” I tried to be reasonable because they were understandably busy, however her tone was truly unacceptable. I stated that others were receiving their room keys and were able to be checked in to their rooms and I was wondering what might be different about our situation. She asked for my information again in an extremely annoyed tone and said “Oh yeah it’s ready now.” No explanation offered for other patrons being served first. She did not offer the information that was provided to other patrons regarding the breakfast/bar hours, etc. I thanked her and she looked at me and said nothing. She then passed us off to an older woman who was new and nervous to issue our rom keys. She was nice however the dark haired woman made it incredibly uncomfortable and we felt extremely unwelcome, when a hotel is supposed to be a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
