Place Needs Work

Liked: Not much - advertises breakfast included in price it's not and everything on breakfast menu is very overpriced
Disliked: not only did the electric go out - we called in advance and asked if they had a back up generator ( we were fleeing a Hurricane ) we were told they did, They really didn't their generator powered just the elevator and emergency lighting. So no hot water either. When the electric was on our room was wired incorrectly and when you turned on the bathroom lights the room lights also came on waking up family

Disliked: I didn’t like that’s they charge $100 for essentials, and my husband left two hats, I called back and they couldn’t find them, if you don’t use anything extra, which we didn’t they say they will put the hundred dollars back in my your account. People had their dogs 🐕 and you can hear the barking

Liked: I was there with my son for the hurricane and the staff was really nice and helpful with anything I needed. locating me close to the outside for my dog. Location worked out well as everything I needed was close and they have an onsite pool and that the most important thing to him lol! Breakfast food was good but was not included.
Disliked: the breakfast ordeal. I thought it was annoying to have to pay for it. However, it was actual good cooked per order. I have no problem paying a little more for real food. Therefore if they just got the info out better about I think it'd been all good. Some were taken back by it and it created kind of a cluster down there.
