Exceptional

Very clean, but too expensive...

Liked: Very clean, excellent bed, good water pressure. The pool was great; clean and a good size.
Disliked: Not enough staff checking-in customers. Only two towels in room for four guests. Only two coffee cups and only decaf coffee. “Smart elevators” require you to choose your floor before you get in. Not enough boxes by elevators to choose floor when up by room. No complimentary breakfast, so we had to walk to get breakfast or order. Forced to use valet. Can’t access your own car. Took 45 minutes to receive car upon checkout. Valet parked a car to the side of us, blocking us in after waiting forever to receive car. Very expensive for one night, not worth all these hassles.

Central location and clean

Liked: The hotel is located in a central location just a minute away from Sundance Square. Inside it's clean, modern and has friendly staff at the front desk. The room was large and felt spacious.
Disliked: I found the light panels in the room a little annoying. You couldn't control them all from the bed like in other hotels. I think the rooms could also benefit from a voile curtain on the windows as rooms face on to another building across the street. The only way to combat this is to close the blackout blinds which isn't ideal. Just minor things.
