Liked: The location and the convenience of it.
Disliked: The property manager is responsible for charging my card fraudulently twice the amount of my stay, and when tried to call or resolved, she gave me the runaround, bad attitude, and the staff is unprofessional. This led me to have to file a claim against them through my bank. The GM name Serenity Jones.

Liked: Really bad experience. Front Desk lady nice and obviously short handed.
Disliked: TV broken, stained cushions on chair and carpets. Lights in bathroom annoyingly bright and on a motion sensor! I couldn't sleep.

Beautiful but please maintain it...

Disliked: Didn’t like the way the floors in rooms were washed. Bath had a residue of green mop head particles in cracks in tiles in one spot. The floors also had a residue as if they weren’t rinsed properly leaving mop swipes on floor.

Disliked: My stay was fine until I was charged double although I paid through booking. After being charged double June 4 it took me calling my bank to get my money back. The manager lacked the ability to communicate or follow up with me even after I sent numerous emails and called. This could’ve easily been a five star review but the turning point was the encounter I had with management. Nothing was resolved, calls weren’t returned or emails. But my bank refunded me weeks after the charge was put on my card.

Disliked: The room was broken shower wasn't sealed the whole floor was wet they was supposed to refund me and didn't. The next morning my husband went down ask the lady at the front desk how much was sandwiches they charged him and he never got the sandwich they gave him his money back tho
