Liked: Very roomy accommodation. Helpful, courteous staff. Very clean and very comfortable. Wished we'd stayed longer than one night!
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Decent hotel, convenient at downtown...

Liked: Location is incredibly convenient, close to I-85 and walking distance to the downtown restaurants.The room was well appointed and very comfortable.Parking - no valet, but parking is available in a multistory beside the hotel.
Disliked: Very overpriced. This is a decent hotel, but not spectacular.

Don’t stay here!

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned so we had no fresh towels, coffee or water changed. Plus trash was left & caused the room to reek as we had tossed old food. A pool was advertised but it was more the size of a pot tub with a 4’2” depth. Tough to swim a lap. Also advertised a restaurant- wrong. A man was heating microwave food & you could eat in the lobby/bar area. Plus a $15 charge to park every day. Not worth over $200 per night.

It was a wonderful stay...

Liked: The best part of our stay was the staff. Absolutely wonderful. Especially Jacqueline. If I could give her a 100 stars I would. She is so personable, knowledgeable about the area, helpful and a great conversationalist. We will be back for sure!
Disliked: If I had to say I didn’t like something I would say the parking. But it really isn’t that big of a deal.
