AMAZING TIME AT ALOFT

Liked: Our recent stay at Aloft Dublin was truly exceptional, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff were—especially Gene at the front desk. We were there to celebrate a very special occasion: my daughter’s 10th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and well cared for.We spent the day enjoying the pool, which was a huge hit with my daughter and really added to the celebratory atmosphere. One of the highlights was that the staff kindly offered to store our birthday cake in their fridge until we were ready to serve it. It might seem like a small gesture, but it made a big difference and showed just how thoughtful and accommodating they are.What really stood out, though, was Gene. She took the time to ask about our plans and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care turned a simple hotel stay into a truly memorable birthday celebration. She made my daughter feel incredibly special, and for that, I am so grateful.Thanks to Gene and the entire team at Aloft Dublin, we created wonderful memories that my daughter will never forget. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Fun spot, would stay again!

Liked: Love the atmosphere, bar, pool table, grab n go snacks, staff was very friendly
Disliked: Remote didn’t work that well, screen on thermostat was a little busted so you could read the temp of the room clearly, water pressure was very light

Liked: I love the decor in the rooms. Clean rooms and trendy lobby.
Disliked: The knob for the jet in the hot tub was reachable by children and they kept turning the jets on and off. The hot tub was not hot so children that were not being suprirsed were in and out of the hot tub splashing my friend and I. The pool was cold so the only option was the lukewarm hot tub. One of the reasons I booked the hotel was to use the pool and hot tub so it was a disappointing experience.
