Good but not great

Liked: The room was comfortable, spacious enough and had complimentary tea, coffee, and water available.
Disliked: Room service options are very limited. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs which has maybe about 8-9 mains as an options and that all you get. The property also does not have a spa/pool which I already knew as per the booking, but those amenities always just make the trip slightly better.
