Our third stay was very...

Liked: We like the location
Disliked: This was our third stay and this time we were disappointed. One elevator was out of order and the other was VERY slow. We always choose this hotel because we like to swim and the pool area is so nice. The pool was cloudy and very dirty. LOTS of hair and trash in the pool. Really disgusting and no trash can in the pool area so people left their trash there. Also, I work for a swimming pool company and you need to get the white calcium deposits off the outside spa walls or you will have permanent damage to your spa. The room price has gone up a lot in the last couple of years and since the pool area is not pleasant we may not stay here again.
