Comfortable stay with easy access...

Liked: The room itself. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean..
Disliked: Pay for parking????

Disliked: Night Shift clerk was very rude about the parking didn’t know wasn’t very helpful

Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel. Taylor on reception was very helpful with queries I had. Nice rooms and good shuttle service.
Disliked: The black decor!! Ghastly! The black corridors looked more like an underground prison! Dreadful.

Great sleep

Liked: The bed was very comfy, the street noise was minimal, the staff was very kind
Disliked: The pillows smelled like someone else's musky head/hair. I dont know if its the cleaning process, but it was unpleasant. I had a couple of my own along thankfully.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: I stayed here back in 2019 and remembered that it was fairly clean. Unfortunately, it has become run down and filthy, especially the common areas ( halls, elevator).
