Disliked: My room was not ready when my family and i we arrived was 1hr 1/2:late given to us then when we were finaly in our room maintenance forgot tools in there

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The hotel has such a nice and funky vibe. I enjoyed the fruit water at reception too. The room is perfect and has all the amenities. It was also very clean and neat and nicely put together. The beds were comfy too. Great price and location was perfect for us to get to the airport.
Disliked: The walls seem to be made of paper. It felt like other people (outside and next door) were in our room. We heard things we didn’t want to hear. We were notified in the morning of a suspicious character lurking around the parking garage who had approached another woman and her daughter. I don’t like that the garage is so open that anyone can just wander in.

Liked: The location is in a middle of a shopping center, and everything is working distance. There are plenty of resturant and shops to choose from.

Disliked: Towels and all tissues were rough as sandpaper. Nowhere to put luggage except on the only sitting area. No closet so everything you brought is in visual space and crowding the room. At check out the room charge we more than booking price. Desk clerk, cleaning lady could not adjust the bill to reflect correct amount; have to call a manager who I could never reach by phone on our checkout date. Would not recommend this place and will not stay there again.
