Good

Liked: Customer service was good, had hair in bed and in shower.. moved to a cleaner room quickly. Beds were small
Disliked: Cleanliness and bed size seems a little small

It was not a good...

Liked: It was beautifully decorated.
Disliked: Checked into our room and was in the room for maybe 2 minutes before walking into the bathroom and finding a huge cockroach.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The location was great for shopping and only a 20 minute drive to downtown columbus. Bed was super comfortable. Perfect for a 2 night stay :)

Liked: It was very nice and everything is in walking distance.
Disliked: There is no store to buy needed items.

Would not stay here again,...

Liked: Location was good, room and breakfast was subpar.
Disliked: The breakfast was so disappointing. Room floor and shower had last occupants hair (a lot) on it. Ewww
