Aloft Chicago O Hare

I would definitely stay here again as the hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and the location is top notch - you walk out of the hotel and within steps you are where all the action is.

Liked: The locatioin is the best.
Disliked: The only couple of things that was frustrating was the blow dryer was broken but they brought up a new one right away. The other thing was the shower only had lukewarm water.

Nice place. Except the parking...

Liked: I like the feeling and vibe entering lobby and room. Very clean. Organized. Ambiance.
Disliked: Parking is not included is the negative surprise.....the only thing that was gratuitous was 1 bottle of water. and the coffee. But there was only 2 small portions of creamer. Need at least 2 per coffee cup. So I had tea. My wife had coffee with the only 2 creams. If I paid for parking the stay wound have been over 220$. That's to much especially when most of time we were not in the room.
