Liked: Hotel was in a great location. Bed was comfortable. Staff were excellent and service was outstanding.
Disliked: We had to ask for a garbage bag for the can.

Disliked: My room wasn’t tidied each day nor were fresh towels provided each day, I paid for each day x3 so feel that the service provided to me should have been for each day! Garbage cans should be emptied each day, bed should be make up and room tided and fresh towels should have been available. It wasn’t an economy price

Liked: The mattress was firm. The shower was hot. They provided free light sticks for the parade! Was fun.
Disliked: I didn’t love the fact I could hear the yelling from another room so much that I turned the TV up to 30 in order to try to drown out the noise. The constant slamming of doors is hard to deal with. The rug in my room was filthy. The steamer was broken. I had to switch it. Luckily the cleaning crew was in the room next door!

Liked: The scenerie was nice, it gave a great vibe. I loved the lobby and the pool.
Disliked: I could tell where patch jobs were done in the bathroom and I think when they fixed the shower door they put it on wrong.
